"Villa Paletti" is an unusual building game in which the laws of statics are out of joint. At the beginning of the game, an asymmetrical plateau is placed on pillars. The players take turns to place one of their five columns on the topmost plate. The player who can no longer do this may place the next plate. The winner is the player who can place the most valuable columns on the top level of the wobbly villa. Only architects with steady hands can finish building the "Villa Paletti". The "Game of the Year 2002" offers perfectly formed thrills in daring Tuscan lightweight construction.
